Kenyatta University Hospital is a leading National Referral Hospital with a 650-bed capacity. The hospital is well equipped to offer highly specialized Oncology, Trauma & Orthopedics, Renal, Accident & Emergency, among other services but the oncology center is its flagship project. The hospital is located on a 100-acre piece of land that lies along the Nairobi Northern Bypass road, in the North western part of the Kenyatta University.
KUTRRH offers both outpatient and inpatient services supported by 24 bed ICU, 10 bed HDUs and radiology services. It consists of additional service facilities like specialist clinics Plaza, Staff Quarters, Academic Block, Laundry & Catering Services, Restaurants, Funeral Home, Oxygen Plant, Water Treatment plant, Helipad, Banks, etc.

The Hospital facility offer a fully comprehensive continuum of cancer care. This capacity will entail Prevention, Screening, Diagnosis, Treatment, Survivorship and Palliative Care. Scope of work covers Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning System. The MEP services consists of Mechanical Ventilation & Air Conditioning Systems with 1No Air Cooled Chiller of 150 Kw Cooling Capacity,6 No’s primary pumps, 3 No’s secondary pumps, 11 No’s Air Handling Units(AHU), 4 No’s Close Control Units, Split Air Conditioners.
